Right of withdrawal
If you bought the service for personal use, that is as a consumer, you can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason and without penalty. Once we receive your notice, the full amount you paid is refunded within 14 days at the latest, by the method you paid with and at no extra cost to you.
If you bought for a business or for commercial purposes, there is no right of withdrawal; the cancellation terms below and the terms in the quote apply.
When withdrawal does not apply
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for:
- Services that start before the 14-day period ends with your express consent. If you ask us to start before the period ends, you confirm this separately in the quote approval or by email.
- Services performed instantly online and digital content delivered instantly.
In these cases, the cancellation terms below still apply.
Cancelling a job in progress
- Before work starts: the full amount you paid is refunded.
- After work has started: the quoted price of the stages completed so far and any payments made to third parties are deducted, and the rest is refunded. The completed work is handed over to you.
- After delivery: no refund is made; if the delivered work is incomplete or faulty, the “Incomplete or faulty service” section below applies.
Subscriptions and renewing services
You can end monthly or yearly services such as hosting, support and maintenance, SEO and ad management at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and the current period is not refunded. If you do not want the next period to renew, simply write to info@avencrea.com at least 15 days before the period ends.
When a subscription ends, the files and database of your hosted site and the domain and accounts that belong to you are handed over on request to you or to the new provider you name.
Non-refundable costs
Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf that cannot be recovered are not refunded:
- domain registration and renewal fees,
- software, theme, plugin, font and image licences,
- Apple App Store and Google Play developer account fees,
- ad budget already spent on ad platforms,
- fees prepaid to a hosting provider for a period.
These items are shown separately in the quote.
Incomplete or faulty service
If the delivered work does not match the quote, let us know and we will fix the incomplete or faulty part free of charge. If you are a consumer, under the provisions of Turkish Law No. 6502 on defective services you may also choose to have the service performed again, a price reduction in proportion to the defect, or withdrawal from the agreement.
How refunds are made
- Card payments: refunded through PayTR to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to show on your card. For instalment payments, the bank may spread the refund across the instalments.
- Bank transfer: refunded to a bank account in the name of the person or business that paid.
- Transfers from abroad (MoneyGram, Western Union): the refund method is agreed with you; fees charged by the transfer service may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are started within 14 days at the latest from the day your request is accepted. The invoice is cancelled or a refund document is issued as the law requires.
How to apply
Send your withdrawal or cancellation request to info@avencrea.com. Include your name or your business’s name, the quote or invoice number and, if you want a refund by bank transfer, your account details.
